The St. Louis Area Foodbank will provide red collection barrels to collect non-perishable items. We generally advise that if your business or organization has less than 50 employees, you should only need one collection barrel. Between 50-200 participants, two barrels are recommended. With more than 200 or more participants, we recommend four or more barrels.
